As designers we are responsible for creating solutions that invoke positive experiences. Whether designing newsletters, web sites, line-of-business applications, or shoes, the success of our work is based upon a positive user experience. There are many theories about what creates a good experience for users but there is not much tactical information available. At AGI we recognized this need and created a hands-on course that takes attendees through design theory, storybuilding, sketching, and prototyping. This course is beneficial for website developers and .net developers who lack a design foundation, but are responsible for part of the design portion of their completed project.
